Walk-ins are welcome. Appointments are recommended to ensure you get your desired day and time, with your preferred stylist.
We greatly appreciate your punctuality. If you are running late please call or text 540-200-5851 to let us know ahead of time. Keep in mind, your arrival time will likely cut into the length of your service. Please plan on arriving a minimum of 5 minutes before your service time.
We require a credit card for any services exceeding one-hour. The only time you may be charged is if you cancel within 24-hours of your service or if you are a no-show. In this case, you may be charged the entire service amount.
We recommend a minimum of 48-hour notice, but still greatly appreciate a minimum of 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. For your convenience, we accept payment in the form of cash, check, and credit/debit card at the time of check-out.
